Question Cold Weather Package

Good Morning:
I have a question what's included in the Optional Cold Weather Package for a 2000 low mileage Tundra SR5 TRD Access V8 4X4 I just purchased from a Ford Dealer. I'm assuming that the heater listed is a engine block heater but the Toyota site just says heater on the 2003's. It's cold as heck here in Minnesota so I don't want to crawl around beneath it on a wasted hunt. If it is a block heater where the heck is it located? Looking under the hood I haven't found a 110 volt cord attached to anything nor was there a cord stashed inside the vehicle anywhere. Anyone living in fridgid country that can assist me with my search?

Thanks, LGL002
