I found the "clicking" noise to becoming from my seatbelt latch. I haven't really sorted it all yet but I found that putting a small piece of cloth between the seatbelt latch and the seat that the "clicking" went away. For some reason if you wiggle the female end of your seat latch ( this is on a console model ) it makes this noise. This drove me crazy because it only does it when I was actually moving or wigglying around in the seat but its not real loud but annoying none the less.
