We recently developed a 3-leaf add-a-leaf ("mini-pack") that replaces the overload, gives 1" of lift, and really takes the harshness out of the factory rear spring. So far the results have been very, very good and towing seems to actually improve. We tow a 10k lb enclosed race car trailer with too much tougne bias and it tows better than stock. Although we will add a small airbag assist just to insure we stay level at max capacity. We are also working on a very nice remote res. rear shock to compliment either the SAW or Icon (formerly DRE) front coilovers and our own inner-heim pivot UCA. The springs are $199 shipped.
