Question to the guy who put 3k in his Tundra... Why would you want to risk damaging your pickup by over loading it by 1,500lbs? Not to mention you over exceeded the load rating on your "D" rated tires.

Whats the load rating on the stock tires?? 2500lbs a piece? If so he wasn't really pushing it that bad because he had the load evenly spread in the long bed and most of the weight of our trucks is over the front tires. The guy in this thread with 1400lbs in the bed, plus tongue weight of 7300lbs campers, plus 6 people will be pushing it also with your math. As long as people drive with caution and don't push it too much this truck is more than capable enough to handle 1000 or more lbs over its "rated" capacity. This is IMO.
