I trimmed my K&N intake tube for it to fit, works fine. I don't think the throttle body spacer does anything HP or mileage-wise, but it sure sounds cool when you close the throttle slowly! (sounds almost like a turbo spool) Only paid like $60 bucks for it, so I could care less haha
