Default Upgrading supension, intake, & exhaust

I have a 2006 crew-cab tundra 4WD. I want level, change the look, and improve offroad, highway performance. I tow a boat with this truck if it matters.

For suspension, I'm thinking of putting in camburg adjustable coil overs with UCAs. Bilstein 5100 rear shocks, and a 1.5" leaf kit. I'm replacing my 16" rims, going to 17". I think 30-31" wheels to 33". Will this accomplish what I'm looking for? Any other options to consider? How big can I go, on tires?

For the intake, and exhaust. Sounds is not a big factor, but I liked the increase in HP....passing, towing. I like the Volant intake, with Banks monster exhaust systems. I live in California. Is this a good choice? How much true increase HP can I expect?

Newbie to Tundra Solutions, happen on to this site while researching the above. Thanks in advance.

Tony
