Thanks for the info. I've been debating whether to get the Doug Thorley or JBA for my 06 dc. I've been leaning towards the DT and your postings reaffirmed my choice. I have the TRD dual exhaust and I like it. I've been searching for someone who has an 05 or 06 Tundra with Doug Thorley headers for feedback, but to no avail. The closest I got to hearing the DT with TRD exhaust is on an FJ Cruiser at YouTube.
