Question regarding JBAs vs. Thorleys

For folks that live in Cali we have to get headers that are smog certified. Are the Thorleys certified like the JBAs?

I'm contemplating this mod as well but having owned a muscle car and trading it in for the Tundra it's nice not having to go through the headaches of getting smog issue.
