Sometimes drums can be a monster to take off.Take a hammer and tap all around the drum(don't be too shy about the taps) and get a large screwdriver or prybar and pry the drum from the axle.Make sure there are no cleats on the lugs securing the drums.With a little persuasion it may come off.I'm not sure how your drum is made(I don't have a Tundra)but if all fails then you can rent/buy a drum puller,if it works with your type of drum.Hope this helps !
