What do you mean, "remove the fees"? The fees are not on a buyer's order. They are on a document prepared by the manufacturer for the dealer when the dealer bought the truck.
As for the 3 day backout period, that's also a myth in most states. You have 3 days to recind a deal that is executed outside the place where the dealer holds a business license. If you execute a contract at the place where that license is held, there is no right of recision. When you leave the property, its a binding contract. There may be states where this is not the case, but I don't know of one.
