One of the best methods is taking yer time off the line and gitting off the gas as soon as possible before you git to a stop sign or signal light. Yeah...some people are gonna git pissed but it's yer gas money. Keep yer highway speed down to 60 mph or less...yeah...I know it's a hard one but give it a try fer a tankful. Depending on the situation...turn off yer engine if yer gonna be idling fer 20 seconds or more...especially at fast food drive-ins.  |
