Try Seafoam. A $7 bottle of cleaner took my Jeep Grand Cherokee from about 12 mpg to 15 mpg. I took off a vacuum line and introduced it through that. It will sputter out and smoke like crazy for about 10 minutes but wow it makes a difference.
