What some of you are failing to understand is...

Jache, bought the truck out of his area, from some out of state dealer.
He accepted the truck and paid them (pictures or just trusted them).
Now instead of picking the truck up himself, he had a trucking company transport it to him.
The trucking company damaged HIS vehicle.
This is not Toyota's or the selling dealer's fault, it's the trucking company's.
It is his truck, has been since it was loaded on the truck, he has to accept it.
He has to fight the trucking company to fix their eff up.
Now he could fight to have them replace the brand new truck, but I doubt it will happen.
Best he can hope for is a brand new paint job by a painter of his choosing.
He'll end up with better paint then what came from the factory.
