Nowhere - because the S/C will work just fine with the stock filter/airbox. However, at higher HP ratings the stock equipment will become the most restrictive part of the airflow to the supercharger. So for maximum power a less restrictive intake must be used. This may make a 10-50 HP difference - Hard to tell without dynoing.
