I'm willing to bet the net gains to the rear wheels will be somewhere in the 80-100 hp range together with exhaust and intake. A smaller pulley might be worth it and would provide more boost initially down low, but toyota will likely limit the boost electronically. It's nice to know the stock airbox is not a hugely limiting item in the airflow dept (at least if you remove the HC screen). Just as with the older SC on previous Tundras we will be dealing with tuning limitations that necessitate piggy back controllers to get it where we want to be, at least in theory.
