TRD doesn't suggest CAI kits with the superchargers because of emission reasons, but in states that have less "stringent" checking then who knows......

I think he means all of those mods AND the supercharger. If the original poster said TRD engine dynoed the S/C and it made an additional 123 HP to total 504 HP at the crank. With 20 percent drivetrain loss that's 400+ HP at the wheels. An 80-100 HP increase. Add intake, headers, exhaust, and a possible tune or pulley change and you could be looking at 120 -150 HP increase at the wheels vs. 80-100 HP with just he S/C. Those additional mods will make significantly more HP boosted than they would N/A.
