If I look at the dash where it meets the pillars near the windshield I see that it sags a 1/4" on the passenger side but is flush on the drivers side. I had that same issue. They said at factory the robots+men failed to get the right side of dash completely seated !!!! They got it closer, but said there was no way to truly fix it without taking out entire dash and starting over - which of course may make new rattles and is a huge job.
