I had the same rattle-right side dash and the dash didn't quite line up right with A-pillar trim. Dealer test drove while cold and to my surprise was able to duplicate. They removed the dash and said there was "excessive clearance of contact points" and installed "Toyota sound dampening material" on contact points. It worked and the dash lines up with the A-pillar like it's supposed to now.
So if you have the rattle I'd have them fix it under warranty.

Me too. Said factory robot+men didnt get dash installed right. Mine was fixed for a while, but came back. We are basically driving around with only 2 of 3 dash mounts fastened into frame
