I read on on another post that it was around 3K RPM. Is that accurate?

Not a problem at all beerguy. I received my Airaid intake yesterday and will put it on my truck Saturday (4/19/08) afternoon. I'm taking my trunk in to the dealer first thing in the morning to see what was up with all my dash lights flashing (4Lo, VSC off, Check Engine Light, and Traction Control Light) after I only had the truck for a week. Although they are now off, maybe the computer has a memory as to why the lights went off in the first place. I know I'm not the only one this has happened to. Everything is still stock so i'm sure it's not from something I did.

Anyway, after the install I'll post my reviews on the Airaid and compare the noise level to the AEM I had on my 2000 4Runner 3.7. So far, the people who have noticed the whistle seem to have the Airaid installed on a 2007. Maybe the 2008 model would be different.... I hope. Stay Tuned.....
