Im running the LT265/75/16 Michelins. The speedo is off by 4mph at 70mph. Thats the ONLY problem (if you can call that a problem) I can think off. The 1" taller tire does give you a 1/2" of height difference which does make the truck look better. That 1/2" is noticable, especially when you get in/out of the truck.
