My first "fix" of this problem was to cut the wires in the trunk, right at the solder points on the speaker. Now the other speakers work fine without the rattle. My next task will be to remove the woofer and either fix it, or replace it. On another forum, everyone who replaced the JBL with a new JBL from the dealer, eventually lost it to the same problem. That back window and the sun, will cook any speaker you put back there if it gets enough sunlight on a regular basis. I would highly recommend against buying a new one from a dealer.
