I have noticed the whistle around 1200 to 1800 rpm. I don't really here much other stuff after that as the exhaust starts to tone up. Usually it is with the passenger window down just cruising around town. The power starts to really increase in the 3k to 4k rpm range. I might add that with the window rolled up the whistle is very slight. My wife hasn't noticed it yet so I don't have to explain it to her just yet. She doesn't know I bought the intake yet! HEHEHE
