It's possible. My wife basically gave me the ultimatum on it though, as she said that it sounded so bad that it was beyond usable. We spent an hour or two talking on the phone while I moved the mic around to different spots, moved the cable to different routes, plugged and unplugged the cable, etc. Nothing improved it. There was always a low level rumble/reverb in the sound on her end, and my voice was spotty and patchy during conversation.

My Dad had previously told me the same thing last week, making point to tell me it sounded too bad to talk to customers on it.

Long and short, I couldn't get it to work better.

The unit had been working fine overall otherwise. Even had the Aux1 input attacxhed to my dvd headrests and it worked great.

But, since the BT wasn't working, and my wife sort of gave me the incentive to do something about it, figured this was the push I needed to go ahead and send the pioneer back to crutchfield and give something else a try.
