I don't think you can play divx or any other video files from USB other than the IPOD. I did read on some other forum about the Kenwood 5120 (I think) that said they would not play media out of the box until after a firmware update. I don't know if there is one available for the 8120 yet but mine did not play media from USB.

I haven't installed, yet. But this is very good to know. Thanks for the info. I will play around when I get a chance to install it. I guess I will have to convert specifically when I know I will be using it in the truck.
