Try them again Monday, or Saturday if they're open. I'm sure a big company like 4WP can make it right. You need to get someone on the phone with some signing authority.  |

I'm sure they will handle the problem, but that doesn't help much while his truck is tying up someones rack, or the installer temporally reinstalled enough old parts to get the truck off the rack and pushed into a corner or out the back door, which increases chances of damage or theft, not to mention the installer is probably now not going to make any profit, which in turn leaves them highly unmotivated..................
