LOL! Laters
I see you are also a fan of SNL. Man has it gotten crappy or is that just me?
I put Bilsten shocks on. Worth the money to me. Don't use your dealer though, they're expensive. I bought aftermarket and saved over half what my dealer wanted. I'm not big on doing expensive mods since I don't keep trucks more than 4 years or so, and some mods can actually hurt resale value.

It's definitely gone down hill, it's not just you.

yea well, after molly shannon and all the good people left it started going down. But i knew it was in the crapper when Will Ferrell Left. BAH! heh this is turning into a television trhead. cool.
Watched it for a second this past weekend and couldn't even make myself laugh. Time to put it to a rest. I put the blame on the writers. After Conan O'Brien, Dave Attel, and some others left, it got really crappy.
I know we are going OT but do you guys remember the "classsic" days when belushi and company were on there. My dad and I laughed out loud back then. Remember Ed Grimley and Church Lady? What a hoot...

heh yea i think E! plays reruns of the classics. back in the day when steve martin was on there and eddie murphy, heh mr robinsons neighborhood. you know whats real funny is steve martin and um i think dan akroyd(i think thats how you spell it, prolly not though) as the "two crazy swingin' guys!", you know those chzec guys that walk around wobbling. heh those were the good ol' days.
i Love my truck and its a beautiful truck but i have no idea what to do to it. Wether or not i should lift it which will create alot of drag, or should i slam it and put mods. I took it to the track and i see that these trucks have alot of potential. With a supercharger and a chip intake and more i know we will smoke the ford lightning.
Can you guys help and give me some pointers or pics of the things you guys have done i would appreciate it.
Thanks
To get to a point where you can stay even with a stock Lightning would cost so much money and effort on mods that it wouldn't be worth it. Besides, how many people have you met that have stock Lightnings? The Tundra is a completely different kind of platform truck anyway ... not even in the same category as a Lightning.
trdequipped02....i guess it all depends on what you are into and what you do w/ your truck. definitely a good way to decide is to come to the tom's farm meet. you'll probably see the majority set up for the off road, but we were pleasantly surprised by TS member DroppedTundra's TRD slammed (not anymore though) tundra last meet, so you never know who will stop by.

post a message on this thread: Tom's Farm this way you'll be up to date on what's going on.
i totally agree with this dude.dependes on your lifestyle and what you use your truck for. for me,out here in hawaii i do some off roadin and use it to haul my toys(dirtbike, quad, ski) and the mods i have suit my lifestyle(lift, offroad tires, custom sound system-which comes in handy for bbq's on the beach)
so the skys the limit!
