Magnaflow exhaust

I recently purchased a magnaflow 2 in 1 out exhaust. I like it other then it has a "harshness" or resonance to it in the 1500 to 2000 rpm range. I wonder if anyone else with this exhaust is experiencing the same thing? Also I know the factory exhaust has a resonator after the exhaust and some people have used it for this purpose? It looks as though it is just like a small glass pack. I looked at my friends factory TRD exhaust and the muffler looks almost identical other then having two pipes comming out instead of one. Interestingly I did not see any resonators on his exhaust.

The trd resonator is in front of the system.Just take the resonator off the factory exhaust and put on new one see if that helps mine only drones at the rpm when accelerating once cruising drone is gone.
