Question 01 tundra VS 99 f150

hey new to the forum, heard it was the best for tundra folk,

i know this sounds stupid but i was told by two different technitions at two different shops that said 99-03 tundras run the same suspension and aftermarket bumbers as 99 f150's

im a jeep guy in the past so i know nothing bout my new tundra, i want a pre-runner light bar and a 3-5" lift but it seems its slim pickens for tundras at a reasonable price. f150s seemed to be accesible.

any help would be greatly appreicated
