'07 Tundra aftermarket Speakers?

Just Bought a new Kenwood head unit and a set of JL Audio 690 Speakers. Head unit went in with not to much trouble but these speakers don't come close to fitting. They have some piece of plastic with a paper cone and a magnet about the size of a thimble on the back that is supposed to be a speaker, the flanges of my new speaker don't come close to fitting, Is there a trick to this?
