what is up with them? I ordered from them over 2 weeks ago.
They don't respond to email and they dont return calls.

I almost bought from them, but I heard a lot of members in here had bad experiences with them because they have bad customer service and shipping time is horrible. Anyways good luck to you, I hope you receive your item soon.

They're a complete joke. They need a lesson in customer service.

I have had the same experience. After two weeks my order still shows up as "unprocessed". They never answer their phone and haven't returned my phone messages. Today I cancelled my order. (Hopefully they will read THAT email!!)

You might want to call your credit card company too and let them know not to accept any charges from them. Otherwise, they may still charge you down the line.

Yea maybe even give some documentation to the credit card company so they know how poorly Trex has treated you. Good luck.

I ordered the Aries nerf bars 6 days ago and STILL have not seen any activity in my bank account. Sent an email to them this morning questioning the order...funny how they dont provide a phone numer on the website. I'm thinking I'm going to cancel today. Anyone have a phone number handy?

I purchase my Aries bars from T-rex (Stainless truck parts). Had the same problem(s). After several weeks received a shipping notice - bars came a week later. After no communication in spite of many requests - after I received the merchandise - I got a phone call from a real person asking if everything was satisfactory. Expect to receive your order - eventually. Not sure price was worth the heartburn. I found Aries very good to work with - quality manufacturing from Canada. Will order directly from Aries next time.

I had about the same experience as ggoug. Got no response to emails....but about 2 weeks post order got a ship notice and they arrived in great shape. I think they just have these drop shipped direct from Aries.... and are often dependant on them. Does not excuse the poor customer service......
