Default How to Install HID KIT?

Hey everyone im trying to install a brand new hid kit for my sequoia, ive connect and mounted everything but when i turn my car on im only getting one light to work. I tried and connected it straight to my car battery but it produces the same result. Does anyone know of anyway i can fix this problem so that both lights will work?

Thanks

You probably got either a bad ballast or bad bulb. Try plugging in the good ballast to other bulb. If it's not oem hid components and it's one of those ebay china kits it's not unusual for them to fail right out of the box. I sure you can probably get it warrantied though.

Some of the cheaper HIDs can be plugged in backwards, but they are polarity sensitive, make you don't have the power and ground reversed.
