Alpine KCE-300BT Bluetooth

Anyone have this hooked up to an Alpine headunit or DVD player? If so, what are your thoughts? I have it and everyone says they have terrible feedback on the other end. Wandering if anyone else had similiar problems or solutions to correct . Thanks
