08 Tundra: OEM Stainless Steel Step Board Install Tips Needed!

I am about to install the Toyota OEM Stainless Steel Step Boards on an 08 Tundra Double-Cab.

I would really appreciate any installation tips or pointers from anyone that has any experience installing these!
