Driver Side Spot Lights

Has anyone tried to install or even seen a drive side spot light (like the police use) on a tundra? I'm looking for something like this Unity Spotlight 330V (245,000 Candlepower)--Vehicle Lighting Solutions, Inc. . This site has the install kit and everything you need. Oh, and any idea if it's illegal?
