Default Vertical Doors FOr 2001 Tundra

I would like to see if anyone knows anything about the vertical door conversions. I want to convert my doors from stock horizontal to vertical opening doors to give it the one of a kind look (LamboFever The Ultimate Vertical & Lambo Door Conversion Kit Store) I found a shop in town that will install them but I wanted to know if there were any downsides to this. And as far as I can tell there are only advantages, unless you park in a garage Does anyone have this upgrade and if they do could you please post some pictures.

There are only advantages until you try and open them.

I talked to a Ford dude at a truck show last year. He had Lambo doors on his show truck (F-150). He said they are the biggest PITA he has ever had on a truck. The only reason he did it was for appearances on his Show Truck; he said he would never put them on his daily driver. They are impractical, and difficult to use.

If it were me, I'd skip this one. But that's just me.

One of my employees has them on her Scion she inherited from her Dad when he passed away. She hates them and wants to put them back to stock. Just out of curiosity, what do you think the advantages are?
