Well good news! I ended up going with the Belstein 5100 Shocks, I went ahead and bought the whole set! I got them for $330.81 Shipped UPS ground (shipping was free) from shockwarehouse.com. I used the 5% discount code (istayed) that I actually got from them when I ordered. I called them this morning to ask if the 10% discount they are running applied to that series shocks and they informed me no and then gave me that code.
Had it not been for ebay I would have not have been able to get this set, I'm actually only spending $80 more than I was originally going to with the 2.5" spacers I was going to get. I was able to find all 4 upper and lower ball joints for less than the price of one lower balljoint shipped. I just hope the quality is just as good as what O'Reillys had to offer.
Glad everything worked out for you.... congrads on the purchase...... the way things are going for me, you'll probably already have yours installed before I get mine out of the box...

Well after making a phone call and speaking with a shockwarehouse rep here on the forums, come to find out there is a big delay. My order will not be here until after November sometime. So in the mean time I shopped around and found two other dealers that have them in stock and ready to ship. I dont know what kinda of quantity they have in stock, the way it sounds is like its a backorder from the Bilstein Company not from the suppliers not keeping up with there stock.
Down South Motorsports told me this a.m. if I order today before 3:00 they will go out either today or tomorrow via UPS ground (shipped free). If your a member of a tundra forum then you get a discount which will bring the total to $329.00 shipped.
Wheelers also has them in stock although they are slightly more expensive. I asked the guy if he would price match shockwarehouse and he said he couldn't go that low. I believe there price is $410 not sure if shipping is free or not.
Hope this info helps!

Ordered mine in late July and just got them on Thursday (10-15)
For anyone interested in seeing pictures of the 5100's installed @ 2.5" lift and what it looks like for asethetic reasons here are some pictures of my truck after the install! The 2.5" lift may have actually put the front of the truck a touch higher than the rear but it still looks great so no complaints here!
Looks good dpg. I'm glad to see you went with 5100s instead of spacers. Also glad you didn't wait too long to get them. There's a good reason these things are commonly on back order, they are a great product at a great price. Worth the wait I think. Easily the most popular set up here.

tundrunk and salsa, thanks for the compliments on the pics and the truck!
Status Update on the shocks:
They are still performing great! I mentioned in my post above that the 2.5" life actually brough the nose up just a touch higher than the rear. I had read around that the shocks will settle over a short period of time. The other day I noticed the nose of my truck was sitting a touch lower. Turns out they do settle some, after the shocks have settled it sits level now. I'd say its perfect! Its been about two weeks since the shocks were put on.
For anyone that is not sure on how to determine how much lift your front end needs to bring the truck level, park on a flat level surface and measure from the bottom of the rim to the middle of the bottom edge of the fender. Do the same on the rear and take the front and rear measurements and subtract them for the needed height to level it out. I recommend measuring all the way around to make sure your suspension is all sitting the same.
Check for leaking stock shocks aswell....
