Default Anyone ever tried a Sub with Built in Amp?

I am looking at a CLARION SRV303 It's a 7" sub (which anything under a 10 sux in my opinion.... but whatever....) with built in amp. I am looking for an all in one unit that gives enough thump to enjoy 5.1 surround sound. Anyone had any luck using one.... mounting restrictions... ect... Thanks

If you want an active sub for your car, check out the Infinity Basslink. Its a 10, with a passive radiator. I think its the best for the money.

Is the compartment the same size in an AC and a DC? Do you have pics of the install?
