Dale - like the others say - this is an awesome project!! I was feeling pretty smug installing my sirius antenna throught the 3rd brake light and getting a vhf installed but you take the cake!!!

I've been playing catch-up at work since I got back from holidays so when the day reaches its end (i.e. thats enough) all I can think is to GTFO. So no real advancements yet.
Here are some better pics of the head:
I sat the subs into the enclosure for a couple pics. Remember, this is the bottom:
While the box is complete this is no where near what it will look like in the end. There is much fiber glass in my future.

Box looks good, can't wait to see amp rack and finshed glass work. Did you have the camera on a stand? Every picture is exactly from the same position. You are an attention to detail monster!

Thanks. Actually, each of those is a crop from a slightly larger image (the view through the windsheild was blown out) but indeed the camera was attached to a little RRS ground pod sitting on the center console.

Awesome Job!!! I have a question for you though, Did you buy a wiring harness for your radio? I need to buy one (the one that plugs into the factory harness so you can install your new radio) but I cant figure out which one it is. I have been searching but I am coming up empty handed. Even crutchfield is telling me there isnt one but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Can you help me out? Do you have a part number or do I have to just start hacking into the factory harness?
I am currently using an Axxess TYTO-01 level shifter that came with a harness to the factory amp on one side and RCAs on the other. Its the little blue box in the "rats nest" picture.
It was somewhere around $80 which is a shame as I'll be pulling it out before long. Other than that, I dunno. I normally pull all my own wires

Another user in the TS forums (Shadyskins) was showing the Invision LCD/DVD heads he had installed in his truck and I thought they looked pretty damn good so I gave them a call to find out how to order. Turns out you normally can only get them from the dealer but my local one had never heard of them. So, I gave North Bay Toyota a call and had the fellow there order me a pair.
They came in today and I took a couple of hours and put them in. Pretty simple install:
Here is the kit spread out on the tailgate:
The headrest pops right out, and the seat is opened with a little flap on the bottom:
Invision provides you with a handy fish wire and a little gripper for the cable end - nice touch:
So with the cables dangling out the bottom, I simply fed them through the existing holes in the carpet and up into the center console:
They connect to an interface box that brings power to both displays and allows the video from one to be played on the other:
And thats it! Here they are:
