Question 07 Tundra Crew Max AUX port issue

alright, i have an 07 crewmax with the DVD Navigation JBL audio system. I am happy with it except for two things.
1. WMA playback is spotty at best and when you go past the second folder of music, the cd player goes into the CD Seek mode and needs to be ejected to rectify.
2. The Aux port on my system. I plug in my mp3 player and sound only comes out of the driver's side speakers. I know this becuase if i switch the audio to only the right-side of the vehicle, the audio is non-existant. My mp3 player is a Zune and doesn't have a place to pan the audio to the left and right, it just outputs stereo. I have tried a new audio cable with the same results. I even took apart the dash to look for a loose wire and didn't see anything. Even if i wiggle the audio plug while it is playing, it never puts out right-side sound. These AUX ports are supposed to be stereo correct?

Has anyone else seen either of these problems and found a solution?

thanks,

Jeff

I'm having a problem with the aux port as well...just different. My stereo is the base single cd version however the sound levels are very low. I have to max out the volume output of my mp3 player(creative zen) and max on the stereo to get a decent volume. By no means is this loud. The equivalent on the radio would be a setting of approx 23.

Any idea?

I have the same problem in my '07 Tundra. Very little volume with everything maxed.

Anybody come up with a solution?

I don't know squat about Zunes but on ipod's get one of these or something like it:

Amazon.com: PocketDock Line Out USB: Electronics

and it will allow the Stereo to control volume since it won't be using the teeny headphone amp out of the top. Instead you will be using the 13 pin line out which will make it sound tons better.
