Default 05 tundra dc speaker install ???

I just bought the polk db6051 components for the front and 651's for the rear any body have any aftermarket speaker install pics that might help me??
I had to fabricate adapters for the front but the rear did not fit but some pioneer rev series that i had did so im thinking just to use the polk's in the front and pioneers in the rear, Anyway i cant figure a good spot for the crossover any suggestions. Also on that front speaker the factory grill on the door panel barely wants to touch the speaker on one side so cant decide if should just cut a little plastic off or just make a new adapter wich took me a while. same reason why i dont want to make one to fit the polks in the rear so time consuming.
