Nice work. I stopped doing stuff like that to my cars about 10 years ago. I trade them too much, but I do love the finished product. The only way to ever get it right it to do what you did at one time.
Yeah, I hear you on the trade-ins. I went through quite a few cars in the past two years, and I'm over it. Just can't stomach the costs involved with the process, plus I mod anyways so I would lose on both fronts. I'm planning on keeping this truck for quite a while, hence the intense modding I do like having new vehicles, but I like having them personalized for my needs even more!

Who are you trying to kid, Third? We mods until something else catches our fancy and we move on to the next vehicle

Yea atleast we have a new bodystyle truck. I always can't stand to have an older model with a new redesigned on out. I went to trade my Highlander on the new one. Drove off with the Tundra.

ain't that the truth about the Time Toyota is redoing the Tundra on Gen 3 Im all for it this time That will be 2012
To be very honest i'm not one to kept up with the Jones I can careless about all that. hell at 60k on the Current 08 Sequioa Toyota can kept that too nothing is worth that esp a Toyota . I was reviewing the 08 Land cruiser the other day and Have to say it's 70k asking price was nice too but based on all the LC does on 4wd with auto mode hill climbing I really liked it but comes with a price like a Bentley does.

^ I hear you. I don't necessarily like things because they are new, but maybe just because they are different and exciting. My personal "it" car is a 94-98 Mustang Saleen speedster. Maybe old-hat to most folks, but I salivate when I see one

When you have some time do a video with your system in action love to review it.. Glad you provided some pictures and general ideal's .I have to ask did the sound deading help your truck on being quieter?
About the Mustangs My counsin had a 05 Cobra yea there nice but the Engines are noisey. I'm really not a sport car guy being close to 6'2 plus i hate Being low to the ground .I like high chair seating like suv's and truck but No Minivans Please

I saw the new Slate Sequoia on the dealer lot today and it looks too much like a big Highlander. It was sporting Carved wheels.

Nice job Third.....good to see someone as passionate as me! Did the same to my Tundra, but with 12's and decided to forgo the dynamating of the bottom pan this time. I did get a little crazy on my 4-Runner if you want to see those pics. 1997 4Runner Complete System--Updated 5/31/06
My profile has the pics of the Tundra. Enjoy the hell out of the system!

I didn't try. I've never folded the seats flat unless I have already unbolted them for removal. The rears can be folded forward to a certain degree, since I did that last night to snap some of the pictures.
The reason I ask is because, I was gonna mount my amp under the rear seats (JL A6450) but when you fold the seats flat, the seat bottoms kinda squish down. This kinda makes me doubt that it will fit under there with all the braces and junk under there. As an alternative, I was gonna extend the back of the box to one side and mount it next to the box.
Have you noticed the " TAR/ASPHALT " smell from the E-DEAD yet? I put a system in my 05 Tacoma, all elemental amps and Focal Comps. After about a day and a little sunshine to heat things up, the E-DEAD smelled so bad I almost couldn't stand it. Worst part was that it took all the new car smell away.
Was very bad. Hope all works out with yours. Great looking install.
