Well put in the HD Radio the other day and all I can say is it sounds Ridiculous!! Man sounds way better than Sirius. Can not believe the fidelity, clarity and depth of the HD music!!!! Man you can crank that up and it sounds better than if you have a CD in there. I have already filled up all the presets with full strength stations. What is so cool also is the multi cast channels that I never even knew existed with out the HD. The multi cast channels seem way less commercialized too I get 3 bars on all channels. Again cant get over the awesome sound quality, kind of like the difference between HD TV and regular.

I have my Sirius Translator coming Monday so I will complete the install. I also installed a Boyo VLT 300 black license plate camera, which works fantastic and has an awesome finish and quality. The pic I posted of the cam monitor is a night shot and it is awesome during the day. I like how you can adjust the cam up and down. I wanted to take a pic of my HU with the face detached but forgot. Glad I got that feature cause I have been reading of some thefts of units on here. Another cool feature is the SD card slot on the head unit, can throw tons of music or pictures on a tiny card

I have one of these bad boys too. Right now I'm only rocking the basic ipod USB 2.0 cable to control my ipod over the HU. I find it REALLY slow though, like to load songs it takes forever. With my Alpine single DIN deck scrolling through songs was just as seamless as on the ipod itself.

I've ordered a JVC KS-U20 Audio and Video Cable for ipod mainly because I want to watch videos off my ipod on this HU, but I also found that it offers "high-speed audio and video streaming". I was wondering if you had any experience with this extra JVC cable and knew if it would speed up the scrolling process, because right now it's friggin' unbearable...

Yep not the fastest at controlling the i pod, but overall not too bad. I have not tried the cable, not sure if it would help. I was wondering if one of the flash drive I pods would be any faster? Right now Im using an 80 gig classic, probally not.

Please do. Now if I remember that cable has a usb and 3 rca jacks right? I also figured the cable apple sells called the audio/video cable would do the same thing?

Hey Henry T! I see you didn't take my advice. Sounds like the best advice you didn't take. You make me wish I had HD.Sorry the advice I gave you was from a person who installed it and had those issues.Glad it worked out for you.Do you know if JVC have a nav model like yours with detachable face and is by-passable? Thanks !

I dont see why the apple cable would not work, its the same thing if you compare them.

No not sure about a screen save, seems it would do it but not sure
