Car Audio Factory 06 DC Sub box

Has anyone tried one of these?

2004-2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Sub Box - Car Audio Factory -

I wonder if it will fit without hammering the compartment?
For $69.00 I may order one to check it out.
