Invision Head Rest DVD

I have 2 Invision head rest DVD players in my Tundra. One of the channels went out? You can still watch on both but only the same DVD. It's less than 2 months old. It's under warranty, just wondering if anyone has had similar problems, how to troubleshoot etc. before I have to take it to the dealer.

Any help is appreciated.
