I have everthing but a sub in my car. i have focal componet speakers with a JBL amp. but now i need some base. the only thing that i have seen that is pratical is a platic q logic sub box that goes under the back seats in the storage compartment.
if you want to keep all your seats then its either the Q-logic or the stealth box. except there is one guy who made i think two maybe three custom enclosures for his double cab tundra back in the day. they looked really nice but it was a lot of work.
