Default Dead Stereo

A few weeks ago I was an in a hurry and idiocally jump started my truck backwards. I've changed the blown fuses and got everything working again except the stereo and the clock don't work. I'm guessing it has to be a power problem since they're both dead. I'm not exactly sure what fuse goes to them so I can change it just in case it looks good but isn't. I've checked all the fuses inside and out and everything looks good. I also recall reading somewhere on here that the head unit has a reset button on the back, so I pulled it out yesterday and only found where the power cord plugs in and where two wiring harnesses plug in, but no reset button. I've also since replaced the battery and changed the negative cable due to corrosion, so the computer's been reset multiple times. I'm not a big audio guy so I was content with the stock unit and just want to get it going again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
