Default Need Help, Radio Stopped Working

Ok, I installed an Alpine HU, couple amps, box, etc. about a year ago. I just had it apart because I am getting a faint ground noise. While I was working on it my HU stopped working.

I diagnosed the problem as the radio turn on wire (0v w/ key off, 12v w/ key on) is not giving me 12v when I turn on the key. Checked a ton of fuses and nothing. Which fuse controls this? Definitely not the HU. Also could it be the ST relay? Does this mean stereo?

Its a 2008 Tundra DC with stock radio. Now has an Alpine that won't turn on, help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also I do not have power in my cigarette plug. The ST relay is for the starter. Got to be a blown fuse, but where Lois?

Nevermind, I'm a f-ing idiot. I got it, looked in the book and under the dash and totally overlooked the fuse panel underneath the dash. Don't know how I missed that.
