Question Pioneer Deck

I Am Going To Start Saving Up For A New Pioneer Deck.
I Have Measured The Length Of The Stock Stereo And Saw Its Only 8in.

The Deck I Want Is 7.

Heres The Link To It .. Pioneer USA - DVD Receivers

Theres Pictures On The Site Of The System Installed, But There Was None For Any Tundras .. I Have A Extended Cab, 2005, And Was Wondering If Anyone Has A Similar Setup ?

The pioneer sounds like its a single DIN unit. The opening in the Tundra is a little wide, but multiple companies make adapters for it. Many people have done what you are attempting, including myself. Go for it, if you get stuck, just ask. Or go to www.installer.com and put in your truck information and they will list wiring harnesses, adapters, etc.....

That pioneer isnt a single din, its double din so it will fit. Because its a little smaller there are going to be small gaps on the side but thats it just cosmetic. You should be able to just use the stock mounting bracket, It worked for both the alpine double dins and kenwoods i have installed.

Yes it will be too narrow. Yes you should buy an adapter to fill the gap on either side. Yes it will fit.
