Dual 10s ported in a DC.

Ok so I built a Dual 10 ported DC enclosure. I played it today and man it slams. Tuned to 36HZ. I used Re Audio SL 10s and had to remove the jack bracket but for what space you have under there this thing gets loud. VERY LOUD ACTUALLY. It also very efficient. 600 watts makes it very loud. Here are some pics. The carpet color is wrong due to it being tested in my truck before I ship it to Cali. Just a new idea for those of you do not want to spend the cash on the stealthbox that has 1 8. And yes it will kill a stealth box. I really wish i could have metered it today but it had to ship.

If you don't mind me asking, what volume is needed for each of those RE Audio SL10s to be tuned for 36Hz? I want a single 10 because I don't want to lose all of my under seat storage but the best fit I have found (for depth) is a JL 10W1 which needs about .625 ft^3 in a sealed enclosure. This eats up about 16.5" of my driver side under seat storage length, assuming a box height of 5". There are numerous other shallow subs that would work but they either require too much volume or have a bad reputation. I may just have you build the box!!

The Sl requires ported: 0.65@36Hz plus port and displacement which takes you up .85 total. Shoot me what you plan to do at tech12volt@yahoo.com

ordered a set today actually. picked it up from a member on here. cant wait to install em! 2 10's with a 1000w clarion amp to push em! should be interesting lol
