whats a better quality kenwood

i have got a ddx 7019 and a ddx 8017. im guessing the 7019 is a better one because it has a .5 larger screen. just unsure about the different options it has. i know someone with more knowledge than myself will know.

im planning on putting one in my wifes 09 camry too.

I think the 8017 might win by a hair or two. It has 5v pre outs as opposed to the 7019's 2v. Not a deal breaker by any means, but there are a few other features that the 8017 has. Both look pretty close though. Either one seems like a good choice.

i think ill put the better one in the wifeys car and ill take the .5 larger screen. i got the nav systems for them both so that should be fun to hook up. theres like a million and 1 wires to install. lol

You wont lose either way.... they are both great HU's. Youre right, its funny when you look at the back of those double din nav. units.... there are a ton of wires going to that thing. Its all pretty easy though.... good luck.
